Key Responsibilities
Work closely with the sales team to identify customer needs and technical requirements
Deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and technical consultations
Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and solution designs
Support customers during evaluations, proof-of-concept (POC), and implementation phases
Respond to technical questions and RFP/RFQ requests
Coordinate with engineering, product, and support teams to ensure successful project delivery
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies
