We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team, improve conversion rates, and build scalable sales processes. Responsibilities Manage and lead the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets. Monitor daily sales performance and conversion rates. Coach, train, and motivate sales representatives.
