Support Contracting team to get best offers and rates from our suppliers Ensure high customer satisfaction, handle complaints professionally, and maintain high service quality standards. Prepare and manage budgets, monitor expenses, develop pricing strategies for programs and packages, and ensure revenue growth and profitability targets are achieved. Manage and train tourism staff, set performance targets, evaluate team performance, and foster a positive and productive work environment.
