Collect CNWC elements from distributors and the Finance Department.
Calculate target versus actual CNWC performance.
Prepare and maintain the Master Sheet for distributors to measure performance across all parameters.
Prepare periodic performance reports for distributors.
Coordinate and manage communication between distributors and internal departments such as Finance and Logistics.
2. Distributors Database Management
Maintain a comprehensive distributors database.
Manage personal and business data for distributors’ employees (Front Office / Back Office), including employment history.
Maintain records of salary structures (fixed and variable).
Keep soft copies of all legal recruitment documentation.
3. Distributors Running Cost Management
Review distributors’ claims against actual invoices and applicable taxes.
Calculate warehouse and office rental costs.
Calculate fleet rental costs.
Calculate final salaries after deductions.
Perform final review and prepare reports related to distributors’ operational expenses.
