Manage the unit through applying ADFS with the investor.
Supervise and train RSS supervisors and sales representatives.
Follow and maximize the investor’s ROI.
Plan the work of supervisors and sales reps (areas – quantities – items).
Follow up daily/monthly distribution unit sales achievements and develop improvement plans.
