BIM Coordinator

Job Summary HSE Contractors is seeking a skilled BIM Coordinator to support the development, coordination, and delivery of BIM models across civil, architectural, and MEP disciplines. The role ensures model accuracy, seamless interdisciplinary coordination, and compliance with BIM standards while supporting project teams throughout design and construction stages.   Key Responsibilities & Job Specification Develop, update, and maintain BIM models across Civil, Architectural, and MEP disciplines based on project requirements. Coordinate multidisciplinary models to ensure consistency, alignment, and clash-free integration. Perform clash detection, issue tracking, and generate coordination reports using BIM tools. Review model quality and ensure compliance with BIM execution plans, standards, and project specifications. Collaborate with architects, engineers, consultants, and site teams to resolve design conflicts and technical issues. Support the production of shop drawings, construction documents, and coordinated layouts from BIM models. Participate in coordination meetings and actively follow up on design and site-related issues. Ensure proper version control, documentation, and structured management of BIM data. Assist in aligning BIM deliverables with project timelines and milestones. Identify coordination risks and proactively propose solutions during design and execution phases. Support continuous improvement of BIM workflows, standards, and modeling practices. Ensure accurate model integration between disciplines and maintain data integrity throughout project lifecycle.
