Key Responsibilities
Provide full administrative and secretarial support to management and internal teams
Manage calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and professional correspondence
Draft, format, and translate documents
Communicating with area managers and department heads where follow-up tasks are required
Reporting updates on meetings agendas and action points
Coordinate internal and external communications with stakeholders and partners
Support reporting, presentations, and data preparation as required
Supporting business development plans, analysis and initiatives
Ensure office procedures are followed with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
