Variance Analysis • Analyzes cost variances and identifies root causes. • Provides insights about material, fuel, and logistics performance. Month-End Closing • Supports inventory closing and financial reconciliation. Spare Parts Control • Monitors spare parts inventory and reduces excess/obsolete stock. Fuel & Logistics Cost Control • Tracks fuel usage and logistics costs. • Identifies opportunities for cost optimization.
