• Responsible for a complete addition cycle process to healthcare providers.
• Grow our medical network.
• Prepare a weekly plan of visits required for the prospected providers.
• Submit weekly reports of the prospected provider status.
• Negotiate contract terms and price lists.
• Add and update the provider price list and data on the system.
• Train providers on using our portal and systems.
• Ensure the medical services are provided to clients with high quality.
• Continuously develop and upgrade the medical network capacity & quality.
• Understand and resolve medical, marketing, and customer service departments’ complaints.
• Reconcile commission's operating error, discounts, and pricing on monthly basis.
