Develop inventory replenishment plans to ensure product availability while maintaining optimal stock levels. Monitor stock movements, inventory turnover, and product shelf life. Coordinate with Procurement and Suppliers to ensure timely replenishment of products. Work closely with Sales teams to understand promotional activities and forecast their impact on demand. Generate daily, weekly, and monthly planning reports and performance analyses. Identify potential stock shortages, excess inventory, and slow-moving items, and recommend corrective actions.
