Ability to perform pricing and cost estimation.Review architectural drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
Prepare and develop architectural shop drawings, as-built drawings, and detailed construction drawings.
Coordinate architectural works with structural, mechanical, electrical, and other disciplines.
Resolve technical issues and discrepancies between design and site conditions.
Ensure compliance with project requirements, local regulations, and industry standards
