Lead and manage all construction activities on-site to ensure project execution aligns with approved timelines, quality standards, and safety regulations.
Develop detailed execution plans covering manpower, subcontractors, materials, and equipment while mitigating potential project risks and delays.
Coordinate closely with Technical Office, Planning, Procurement, and Equipment departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely availability of drawings, materials, and resources.
Monitor project progress, conduct regular coordination meetings, and provide effective solutions to construction challenges to maintain project targets.
Participate in client, consultant, and subcontractor meetings while ensuring accurate reporting, progress tracking, and timely submission of project documentation and invoices.
Support the implementation of quality assurance, method statements, and HSE procedures across all project phases.
