Executive Support Manage and coordinate the Chairman's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements. Screen, prioritize, and manage correspondence, emails, and communications. Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, reports, minutes of meetings, and follow-up action plans. Coordinate and monitor executive tasks and strategic initiatives on behalf of the Chairman. Act as a liaison between the Chairman and internal departments. Management Office Coordination Follow up with department heads regarding assigned actions, projects, and deadlines. Track key initiatives and ensure timely reporting to management. Prepare executive summaries and management reports. Coordinate management meetings and maintain records of decisions and action items. Office Management Ensure smooth day-to-day operation of the Chairman's Office. Manage confidential files, records, and documentation. Coordinate visitors, VIP guests, and external stakeholders. Maintain professional communication with suppliers, consultants, and business partners. Administrative & Special Projects Handle special assignments and ad-hoc projects from senior management. Support event planning, executive visits, and corporate meetings. Assist in preparing business correspondence and official communications. Coordinate cross-functional activities and follow up on project progress.
