Core Responsibilities
Recruitment & Staffing: Draft job descriptions, screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and collaborate with hiring managers to build strong teams.
Onboarding & Training: Facilitate new-hire orientations, process employment paperwork, and coordinate professional development or training programs.
Employee Relations: Serve as a mediator to resolve workplace disputes, address employee grievances, and promote a healthy company culture.
Compensation, Benefits & Payroll: Assist employees with benefits enrollment (health, life, retirement), field payroll questions, and ensure competitive compensation packages.
Compliance & Recordkeeping: Maintain accurate, confidential employee records (both digital and physical) and ensure company practices comply with local, state, and regional labor laws.
