Job Summary
The Talent Management Supervisor is responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing end-to-end talent management strategies to attract, develop, engage, and retain high-performing employees. This role covers Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Performance Management, Succession Planning, and Organizational Development, ensuring alignment with business objectives and organizational culture.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment and onboarding process.
Assess training needs and enhance development programs.
Support and monitor the performance management cycle.
Lead succession planning and talent development initiatives.
Support organizational development and change initiatives.
