Manage customer complains
Develop plans for projects/events/processes and ensure they are completed in a timely manner
Monitor progress of projects/events/processes to ensure deadlines are met
Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure their needs are met throughout the project/event/process
Develop reports to track progress and provide updates to stakeholders
Resolve any issues that arise during the project/event/process
Provide administrative support as required
Follow up with stakeholders to ensure satisfaction with the project/event/process
