to manage warehouses, site reporting, procurement,
and financial dashboards — and we need someone
to own that system, grow it, and keep it running.
This is not a one-time project. This is a
long-term role with real ownership and direct
impact on how the company operates every day.
About the Role:
As our Digital Transformation & Systems
Specialist, you will design, build, and maintain
the operational systems that connect our field
teams to management. Your dashboards will be
used by senior leadership daily. Your automations
will save hours of manual work every week.
What You'll Do:
- Build and maintain AppSheet applications for
warehouse management, procurement, and daily
site reporting
- Create Power BI dashboards that turn raw data
into clear decisions for management
- Manage and optimize data in Google Sheets
across multiple departments and projects
- Connect field operations data to management
reporting in a unified automated pipeline
- Collaborate with engineers, warehouse managers,
and accountants to understand needs and build
real solutions
- Explore AI-driven automations to reduce manual
work across departments
- Document all systems and updates thoroughly
Work Arrangement:
First 3 months: Full on-site (New Cairo)
After 3 months: Hybrid — 3 days on-site,
2 days remote (based on performance)
