End-to-End Hardware Design: Design, simulate, and implement robust electronic circuits from conceptualization to a production-ready state.
PCB Design & Prototyping: Take full ownership of schematic capture and PCB layout using KiCAD or any other equivalents (Easy EDA, Altium), ensuring optimal routing for mixed-signal and high-frequency designs.
Circuit Specialization: Architect and implement specialized hardware blocks, including:
Efficient power delivery networks.
Ultra-low power circuits optimized for battery-operated devices.
Battery charging and discharging management circuits.
Hardware protection and electrical isolation circuits.
RF-based communication circuits.
Digital logic and memory interfacing circuits.
Solar powered systems.
Supply Chain & Sourcing: Manage the electronic component supply chain, evaluating and selecting high-efficiency, reliable, and cost-effective parts.
Lab Management & Assembly: Advise on and procure the best in-house lab equipment for PCB testing and assembly. Perform hands-on manual assembly, micro-soldering, and rigorous hardware testing.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Interface with the software team by writing and testing basic embedded system drivers for microcontrollers to validate hardware functionality.
