Drive and maximize regional sales volume, ensuring all monthly and quarterly targets and KPIs are fully achieved.
Manage, mentor, and motivate a high-performing team of sales supervisors and promoters to ensure peak field performance.
Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with key dealers, wholesalers, and retail partners within the assigned territory.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and stock levels to identify new growth opportunities and optimize product distribution.
Ensure excellent execution of in-store merchandising and brand visibility across all retail touch points.
