Job Description الوصف الوظيفي
Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficient workflow.  Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to ensure smooth running of the operations.   Oversee managing inventory levels of supplies and equipment to order replacements as needed.  Accountable for responding to emergencies, such as power outages, floods, or other disasters, and taking appropriate action to protect employees and facilities. Monitor the office boys and train them to be able to best serve.  Responsible for purchasing office and office supplies to make sure the employees don't need more supplies or any stuff and make workflow smooth.  Conduct physical inspections of the facility, grounds, premises, hallways, restrooms, etc. Noting anything that might need repair, maintenance, clean-up, or is a hazard. To tell the appropriate building staff for resolution.
