Sales Executive Tasks:
Daily client visits & prospecting.
Follow up on rental client leads.
Build relationships in target sectors.
Deliver initial proposals.
Feed market insights back to company.
Company Role:
Technical Sales in key meetings.
Train & manage the Executive.
Prepare technical & financial offers.
Coordinate with the maintenance team.
Monthly reporting to Management.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Executive Responsibilities
Conduct daily client visits and identify new business opportunities.
Follow up on rental leads and convert prospects into customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in target industries.
Prepare and present initial commercial proposals.
Gather and report market intelligence, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Company Support & Coordination
Participate in technical sales meetings with company representatives.
Receive training and guidance from the sales management team.
Coordinate with technical and maintenance teams to ensure service quality.
Support the preparation of technical and financial offers.
Submit periodic sales reports and market updates to management.
KPIs
Number of client visits per month.
