This is a hybrid role offering the flexibility to work both remotely and in our vibrant Cairo office. Overview: As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a significant portfolio of accounts, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will leverage your exceptional negotiation and customer support skills to build strong, lasting relationships with our clients. Responsibilities: Manage and expand a substantial portfolio of accounts. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders. Provide exceptional customer support and ensure client satisfaction. Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize revenue. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts. Achieve and exceed sales targets. Work closely with other teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and support. Skills and Technologies: Proficiency in CRM systems. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Strong customer support and rapport-building abilities. Experience in sales consulting. Proven track record in sales and business development.
