Provide data-driven insights and actionable recommendations to support business decisions. Collaborate with department heads to define performance metrics and track progress against targets. Identify trends, variances, and opportunities for operational and financial improvements. Support continuous performance improvement through regular reporting, action plans, monitoring, and analysis. Analyze large datasets to detect patterns, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process optimization. Develop and monitor KPIs to measure the effectiveness of business processes and initiatives. Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and compelling way. Ensure data quality, integrity, and accuracy in all analytics outputs. Work with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Operations, Finance) to align analytics with business goals. Stay up to date with analytics trends, tools, and best practices. Support advanced analytics initiatives such as predictive modeling and data-driven experiments (optional/advanced).
