Job Description الوصف الوظيفي
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies for all group brands across various markets and target segments. Coordinate with Brand Managers to ensure digital objectives align with overall marketing and sales goals. Plan and manage digital marketing budgets for each brand based on brand needs, audience behavior, and channel performance. Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including: Video-on-Demand (VOD) campaigns WhatsApp marketing campaigns Social media advertising (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Snapchat) Google Ads / SEM and display advertising Ensure advertising messages and creative designs are tailored to each platform and audience segment. Support the development and optimization of corporate and e-commerce websites. Collaborate with web developers to enhance user experience (UI/UX), conversion rates, and technical SEO. Oversee the creation and performance tracking of dedicated landing pages. Monitor and analyze digital performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Insights, TikTok Ads Manager, and others. Prepare detailed monthly performance reports and identify opportunities for improvement. Track key performance indicators including traffic, click-through rates, engagement, and conversion metrics. Liaise with external digital agencies to manage campaign execution, media buying, and content development. Work collaboratively with sales, design, product, brand, and operations teams to ensure consistency in messaging and promotional offers. Develop and manage email marketing campaigns and customer retention strategies. Execute retargeting strategies across platforms such as Meta and Google to re-engage users. Stay up to date with the latest digital trends, tools, and consumer behavior in the GCC and Egyptian markets to ensure innovation and competitive advantage.
