Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties.
Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to prospective buyers and tenants.
Negotiate offers and contracts between buyers, sellers, and third parties to achieve successful transactions.
Develop and maintain a strong client network through proactive outreach and relationship management.
Prepare and present property listings, marketing materials, and promotional campaigns.
Stay updated on local real estate market trends, property values, and competitive listings.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, property showings, and transaction documentation.
Advise clients on market conditions, pricing strategies, and mortgage options.
Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.
