Validate remote replacement cases with consumers (codentify & issue verification).  Supervise B2B device receiving, scanning, and data consolidation.  Supervise storage and organization of B2B and remote replacement devices.  Support and supervise CSC tickets that includes shipping issues & customer response coordination.  Track orders and follow up to ensure timely resolution & customer satisfaction.  Respond to WhatsApp customer messages related to remote replacements.  Monitor remote replacement stock levels.  Prepare and review remote replacement reconciliation.  Perform monthly scanning & registration of remote replacement and B2B devices.  Assist in CX programs (CCP bags, Device takeback, VEEV takeback, SWAPS, MBG)
