Gamma International College in is seeking to appoint a highly qualified and experienced Academic Principal to lead the academic operations of the school and ensure the successful implementation of the International Baccalaureate (IB) philosophy and standards.
The Academic Principal will be responsible for providing strategic academic leadership, maintaining high educational standards, supporting teachers’ professional growth, and fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes student achievement and well-being.
The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with proven experience in international schools and a deep understanding of IB frameworks and practices.
