Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
Conduct regular follow-ups to strengthen client relationships and encourage repeat business.
Maintain accurate client records, quotations, and order status in the CRM system.
Track account performance and achieve assigned sales and retention targets.
Prepare reports on client activity, sales performance, and account growth.
Stay informed about new products, market trends, and competitors.
