We are seeking Accounting Manager to oversee, monitor, and evaluate all day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing financial status by developing and implementing systems for collecting, analyzing, verifying, and reporting financial information.

Key Responsibilities (Daily & Operational Tasks) :
Day-to-Day Operations: Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department, including:
Month-end and year-end close processes.
Accounts Payable (AP) & Accounts Receivable (AR).
Cash receipts, general ledger, and treasury activities.
Payroll and utilities budgeting.
Team Leadership & Development: Supervise, direct, and mentor the accounting staff; assign duties, monitor performance, and enforce strict financial deadlines.
Data Integrity & Review: Conduct daily and weekly reviews of financial transactions to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS).
Reconciliation Control: Monitor and sign off on periodic bank, customer, and vendor reconciliations generated from the ERP system (Odoo).
Internal Control Audit: Identify accounting bottlenecks, correct ledger discrepancies, and implement internal control policies to eliminate financial leakages.
Reporting Collaboration: Prepare financial data and statements
