Accounting Manager

Key Responsibilities -Supervise daily accounting operations and ensure the accuracy of journal entries. -Review and approve bank reconciliations and periodic account statements. -Prepare periodic and annual financial statements in accordance with recognized accounting standards. -Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures. -Conduct regular financial analysis of financial statements. -Analyze financial performance indicators (profitability, liquidity, debt ratios). -Oversee accounts receivable (customer accounts) and follow up on collections. -Oversee accounts payable (supplier accounts). -Supervise fixed assets accounting (recording, depreciation, reconciliations). -Monitor asset movements and maintain accurate records. -Oversee bank accounts and ensure regular bank reconciliations. -Coordinate with banks regarding accounts and financial facilities. -Supervise cost accounting and analyze product/service costs. -Monitor operational costs and implement cost control measures. -Oversee preparation and review of periodic tax filings. -Coordinate with tax authorities and respond to inquiries and observations. -Supervise tax reconciliations and address discrepancies. -Supervise and control inventory accounts and link them with suppliers, production, and sales. -Experience dealing with tax inspections in general taxes, income tax, VAT, and other related areas.
