Accounting Manager

Manage and oversee daily accounting operations (AP, AR, GL, payroll, and bank reconciliations). Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Monitor cash flow, budgets, and financial forecasts for real estate projects. Ensure compliance with Egyptian accounting standards and tax regulations. Handle project-based accounting including cost tracking, revenue recognition, and collections. Supervise and mentor the accounting team to improve performance and efficiency. Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities. Implement and improve accounting systems, processes, and internal controls. Support senior management with financial insights and strategic decision-making. Oversee client collections, installment tracking, and developer-broker commissions
