Admissions & Enrollment
Handle all nursery inquiries from prospective parents through phone calls, WhatsApp, social media, and walk-ins.
Schedule and conduct nursery tours for prospective families.
Explain nursery policies, programs, fees, and procedures clearly to parents.
Manage the child registration and enrollment process.
Maintain accurate records of admissions, waiting lists, and student files.
Follow up with prospective parents regarding admissions and vacancies.
Prepare and organize enrollment documents and contracts.
Parent Communication
Serve as the main point of contact between the nursery and parents.
Respond to parent inquiries professionally and promptly.
Share important announcements, reminders, newsletters, and event information with parents.
Support positive parent relationships and maintain high customer service standards.
Coordinate communication regarding settling-in schedules, events, activities, and child updates.
Daily Connect & Documentation
Update children’s daily information on the Daily Connect application.
Document daily activities, meals, naps, diaper changes, learning experiences, and important notes.
Take photos of children during activities and upload them to Daily Connect and Google Photos.
Ensure all uploaded content follows nursery policies and maintains confidentiality and professionalism.
Administrative Duties
Maintain organized digital and physical records.
Assist with attendance tracking and daily sign-in/sign-out procedures.
Support fee collection follow-ups and invoice distribution when required.
Coordinate with teachers and management regarding student information and parent concerns.
Assist the Academics & Events Manager in planning and organizing nursery events, celebrations, and activities.
Marketing & Social Media Support
Support the nursery’s social media presence by sharing activity highlights and event content with the Marketing Manager.
Assist in creating promotional material including brochures, flyers, etc.
Help maintain a positive and professional nursery image.
