Supervise the safe and effective use of fertilizers and pesticides.
Coordinate with agricultural laboratories for soil, water, and plant analysis when required.
4. Administrative & Technical Management
Lead and supervise agricultural teams and field workers.
Prepare technical and operational reports on a regular basis.
Monitor operational costs and optimize resource utilization.
Supervise agricultural machinery, equipment, and storage facilities.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
5. Production Planning & Performance
Develop annual and seasonal production plans.
Monitor productivity, crop quality, and operational efficiency.
Improve irrigation and fertilizer use efficiency.
Recommend solutions to increase productivity and reduce operational costs.
