Program Management: Responsible for managing, supporting, and maintaining the retail system (Microsoft Dynamics Axapta 2012 – D365) to ensure a high level of application performance by continuously monitoring and analyzing application performance to achieve optimal results, while maintaining working relationships with system users at all levels to ensure smooth workflow.
Application Support: Ensuring applications are free from any faults and providing appropriate and timely solutions to all issues that may affect workplace productivity, to guarantee smooth system operation. Also ensures that all documented application-related issues comply with company policies and procedures.
Issue Handling: Responds to any IT application failures in a timely and effective manner to ensure the required support is delivered, as well as handling any IT management-related issues efficiently within the designated timeframe.
