Brand Manager

Develop and execute brand strategies and annual brand plans for the pets portfolio in line with business objectives. Lead product positioning, messaging, and value proposition tailored to pet owners and veterinarians. Manage product lifecycle including launches, relaunches, and portfolio optimization. Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns. Analyze market trends, consumer insights, competitive landscape, and sales data to drive informed decisions. Work closely with Sales, Medical/Technical, Supply Chain, and Regulatory teams to ensure seamless execution. Own brand budgets, monitor ROI, and optimize marketing spend. Lead agency relationships (creative, media, digital) and ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints. Support sales teams with strong brand tools, campaigns, and promotional materials. Track brand KPIs including market share, brand awareness, campaign performance, and profitability.
