Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Support Specialist to support the CEO Office in coordinating daily operations and ensuring smooth workflow across the business, ensuring tasks are executed efficiently, deadlines are met, and communication flows effectively between departments and executive management.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the CEO Office Manager in managing day-to-day business operations and priorities
Assign, track, and follow up on tasks across departments
Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for management review
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure proper documentation and follow-ups
Act as a liaison between executive management and internal teams
Ensure proper documentation, filing, and tracking systems are maintained
Identify areas for process improvement and support implementation
Handle sensitive information with high confidentiality and professionalism
