Answer incoming customer calls professionally and efficiently.
Resolve customer inquiries related to services, accounts, and billing.
Troubleshoot basic customer issues and provide appropriate solutions.
Escalate complex cases to the relevant department when required.
Accurately document customer interactions in the system.
Meet call handling, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.
