Answer incoming customer calls in a professional and timely manner
Handle customer inquiries related to products, services, billing, and technical support
Resolve complaints and provide appropriate solutions within company guidelines
Record customer interactions and update system data accurately
Escalate complex issues to higher-level support when necessary
Meet performance targets such as call quality, handling time, and customer satisfaction
Follow communication scripts and company policies
Maintain a positive and helpful attitude at all times
Salary & Benefits:
13,500+ EGP/month (net & allowances included)
Fully paid training

Working Conditions:
8 working hours + 1-hour break
5 working days / 2 rotational days off
Females: latest shift ends at 10 PM
