Civil Technical Office Engineer

Lead the project estimation department and oversee the preparation of technical proposals. Perform structural design and analysis for steel structures using SAP software when required. Supervise and perform the preparation and review of structural designs, calculations, and detailed drawings for steel structures. Proficiency in structural design software and steel quantity survey such as SAP2000, ETABS, AutoCAD, Tekla, or equivalent. Verify and approve shop drawings to ensure accuracy and full compliance with project specifications. Provide technical guidance, reports, and engineering support throughout all project phases. Review and validate connection details, fabrication drawings, and installation methods for steel components. Support continuous improvement of design standards and execution processes.
