* Coordinate with internal departments, consultants, contractors, and external stakeholders regarding contractual matters.
* Monitor contract performance, obligations, deliverables, and deadlines.
* Identify contractual risks and recommend mitigation measures.
* Maintain contract records and documentation in an organized manner.
* Support contract negotiations and assist in resolving contractual disputes or claims.
* Review variation orders, extensions of time, and other contract-related requests.
* Prepare contract reports and provide regular updates to management.
* Ensure timely contract renewals, amendments, and close-out procedures.
