Overview: As our Cost Controller, you will be the financial guardian of our F&B operations, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth. Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive cost control policies and procedures tailored for the F&B sector.
Monitor and analyze all F&B costs, including food, beverage, labor, and operational expenses, identifying variances and proposing corrective actions.
Manage inventory control systems, conduct regular stock takes, and optimize purchasing strategies to minimize waste and maximize profitability.
Prepare detailed financial reports, budgets, and forecasts, providing insightful analysis to senior management.
Collaborate closely with F&B department heads to optimize menu pricing, portion control, and operational workflows.
Ensure compliance with all accounting standards and internal controls, safeguarding company assets.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives in cost management and operational efficiency.
Skills & Technologies: This role demands a powerful blend of financial acumen and operational understanding. You will be adept in Cost Control, Accounting, Finance, Budget Management, Inventory Management, and Financial Reporting.
