e& CX Solutions is hiring now foreigners with B1+ up to B2 English Level to be a Customer support representative responsible for handling customers through Inbound & outbound calls and chat.
Open to candidates from Sudan, GCC Countries, Morocco, Comoros & Jordan
Handle customer inquiries and requests via phone.
Resolve customer issues and provide accurate information.
Maintain high customer satisfaction and service quality.
Document interactions and follow company procedures.
Meet assigned performance targets.
