We are looking for a Customer Success Specialist with a good understanding of the employment market. He/She will be responsible for a wide range of tasks such as maintaining ongoing customer relationships and networking, implementing successful programs, contributing to sales, onboarding, and training clients, and minimizing churn. As a Customer Success Specialist, you should also be able to provide insights to our clients on recent business trends and improve customer experience through product support and tailored solutions
Responsibilities
Develops a customer relationship that promotes product or solution usage, retention, loyalty, and customer satisfaction.
Acts as a point of contact between the client and other internal teams regarding the client’s feedback.
Follows up with clients on the status of vacancies and optimizes the workflow to meet required KPIs and targets, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Work with customers to ensure they are leveraging our services effectively and finding value in our services
Work closely with the Sales team and other Technical teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience
Maintain a revenue base by managing account retention and renewal with the assistance of the sales team
Drive upgrade revenue through increased product adoption and increased usage
Works closely on retaining different accounts and clients
