We are looking for a Call Center Agent to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, answering inquiries, and providing support in a professional way.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls from customers
Respond to customer questions and requests
Provide accurate information about products or services
Handle customer complaints in a polite way
Record customer data in the system
Requirements:
English level B1+
Good communication skills
Ability to work under pressure
Basic computer skills
Previous experience is a plus (not required)
Working Conditions:
Rotational shifts
2 days off per week
