Demand and Production Planning Sechion Head

Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain rolling forecasts based on sales history, market trends, and commercial insights. Prepare and execute production plans aligned with demand, safety stock levels, and available capacity. Lead the S&OP cycle to ensure synchronization between demand and supply. Improve forecast accuracy and bias, ensuring data integrity. Optimize inventory levels and reduce slow-moving or excess stock. Monitor planned vs. actual production, enhancing efficiency and utilization. Manage inventory across GCC distributors and coordinate purchase orders. Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Logistics, and Production teams.
