Platform Strategy Support: Assisting in executing social media strategies that align with various marketing objectives, in coordination with the Social Media Strategist.
Content Moderation: Monitoring comments and interactions on social media platforms, ensuring community guidelines are followed and addressing inquiries or issues promptly.
Campaign Development: Designing and executing social media campaigns to enhance brand visibility, drive engagement, and generate leads.
Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, comments, and concerns in a timely, professional manner.
SEO Audits & Recommendations: Conducting comprehensive SEO audits of websites and providing actionable recommendations to improve site visibility and performance on search engines.
SEO Implementation: Leading and implementing SEO strategies, continuously optimizing website content to improve search rankings and user experience.
Campaign Analysis & Monitoring: Monitoring and analyzing all SEO and SEM efforts, using analytics tools to track performance and make data-driven recommendations.
