Manage D365 F&O environment (users, roles, workflows, configurations)
Monitor system performance, integrations, and batch jobs
Support environments (Production, UAT, Sandbox) and deployments
Deep knowledge of financial modules (GL, AP, AR, etc.)
Support end-to-end supply chain processes (procurement, inventory, production, sales)
Handle user support, troubleshooting, and training
Manage data, testing (UAT), and continuous system improvements
