Environmental Health & Safety Specialist

Compliance & Standards: Prepare and maintain the company Environmental Record; oversee all ISO 14001:2015 procedures and internal/external audits. Impact Assessment: Implement environmental aspect surveys and prepare comprehensive impact records and corrective/preventive action plans. Waste & Resource Management: Manage the full waste lifecycle (Hazardous and non-hazardous), implement the 4R code (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle, Recover), and oversee wastewater and drinking water files. Monitoring & Calibration: Plan and execute internal and external measurements for all environmental aspects and ensure all measurement devices are properly calibrated. Emergency Response: Coordinate environmental emergency plan drills and prepare detailed reports with corrective actions. Sustainability & Training: Conduct environmental training for employees, lead biodiversity initiatives, and develop power-saving and carbon footprint reduction plans.
