Job Description
We are seeking a highly professional and experienced Executive Secretary to support the Finance Director in managing daily administrative and financial coordination activities.
The ideal candidate must have strong computer skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a solid accounting background to effectively assist in finance-related administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
01- Manage the Finance Director’s calendar, meetings, appointments, and correspondence.
02- Prepare and organize reports, presentations, and official documents.
03- Draft professional emails, letters, and meeting minutes.
04- Maintain and update filing systems, records, and confidential documents.
05- Coordinate with internal departments and external parties.
06- Assist in preparing financial reports and administrative documentation.
07- Follow up on tasks, deadlines, and action plans assigned by the Finance Director.
08- Handle incoming calls and communications professionally.
09- Support daily administrative and accounting-related activities.
10- Perform other duties as assigned by management
