Handle booking requests via email, phone and whatsapp in a timely and professional manner.
Manage airline and hotel bookings through B2B platforms and GDS systems (e.g. Amadeus)
issue & reissue, and cancel flight tickets inline with airline policies.
process hotel reservations, amendments, and cancellations.
Monitor booking queues and ensure all requests are actioned within the agreed response time.
Handle schedule changes, refunds and operational disruptions
Coordinate with airlines, hotels and suppliers to secure the best options
Ensure compliance with fare rules, policies and company procedures
Maintain accurate records and update booking systems accordingly
